I live in North Haven, CT and work for one of the large pharmaceutical companies in the state. Prior to moving to Connecticut I lived most of my life in Arizona and worked at the University of Arizona for many years. I have degrees in Chemistry and Toxicology and was involved in cancer chemotherapy drug development for most of my career at the Arizona Cancer Center. In my present position I am involved in the management of documentation for clinical trials.
I have a diverse range of interests one of which is stained glass work that I do for fun and on a commission basis. My designs tend to be largely influenced by the Arts and Crafts Movement. I have a large collection of Ephraim Faience Pottery and Stickley Mission Furntiture. I was very involved in homebrewing for many years even winning the AHA Homebrewer of the Year Competition. I remain very passionate about beer and craft brewing in general. I am also a self professed computer geek with an interest in both personal computers and networking. Music is a very important part of my life and my tastes range from Frank Zappa to Mariachi Music and everything in between. |
